Delivery and shipping charges

All items will be shipped from Kyoto except for some items.

• Delivery company: Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Japan Post (You cannot choose the delivery company)

• Regarding purchase receipts, we normally enclose an invoice in your package, but if the name of the person placing the order and the name of the recipient are different (such as in the case of a gift order), we generally do not enclose a purchase receipt.

• For orders placed before 9:00 on business days, we will ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

If you purchase more than 8,000 yen (tax included) in one order, shipping is free . (Excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands) Shipping is free for purchases of 8,000 yen (tax included) or more. If the purchase is less than 8,000 yen (tax included), the following shipping fee will be charged.

• When ordering multiple items with separate shipping charges for one delivery address, the shipping charge will be the shipping charge for one item as shown in the above table.

• Handling of remote islands and other areas No additional shipping charges will be incurred for remote islands and some areas.

• Delivery date and time specification service You can specify the delivery date on any day, including Saturdays and Sundays.

• Time Specification

With the exception of some products, shipping to overseas destinations is done from Kyoto.

• Delivery company: DHL or EMS (Express Mail Service) We will select the most suitable delivery method depending on the order contents and delivery address. *We do not accept customer's request for a specific delivery company.

• Shipping time: We will ship within 3 business days after your order (excluding weekends and holidays). *If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

• Shipping costs will be calculated automatically after you enter your shipping address at checkout. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process and you can proceed to payment after confirming the cost.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees. Depending on the country or region, customs duties, VAT (value-added tax), customs clearance fees, etc. may be incurred. These costs will be charged separately by the delivery company or customs. We do not cover or refund customs duties or fees.

• Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping company. You can use the tracking service of DHL or EMS.

• We may change the shipping method depending on the product contents and packaging size.

We ship internationally from Kyoto, Japan (except for certain items).

• Shipping Carriers: DHL or EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service) The shipping method will be selected by us based on the destination and the contents of your order. Please note: Customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.

• Shipping Preparation Time: Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) . For bank transfers, shipping will proceed after payment confirmation.

• Shipping fees are automatically at checkout after entering your calculated shipping address. The total shipping cost will be displayed before payment.

• Customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, or handling charges may apply. These are typically charged by the local customs office or delivery carrier and must be paid by the recipient. We do not cover or reimburse any such fees.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information (DHL or EMS). You can track your shipment via the respective carrier's website.

• We may adjust the shipping method or packaging depending on the order contents.
