Shipping
Products will be delivered by our designated shipping companies: Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and Japan Post.
(1) Neither our company nor the shipping company will unpack or install the product or collect packaging materials at the time of delivery.
(2) Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. on business days will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your order will be shipped after we have confirmed your payment.
(3) Delivery times vary depending on the region. For special order items, it may take more than one month.
Exchanges and Returns
We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product you receive is damaged or dirty, or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within one week (7 days). We will tell you the return address and the method for returning or exchanging the product.
We generally do not accept returns due to personal reasons (such as the size not fitting, the product not matching the image, etc.). Please consider carefully before placing an order. Even if you return the product for various reasons, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and other fees.
