[Apology] Regarding discoloration of natural indigo ink
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Bunsen.
It has been confirmed that some lots of "Natural Indigo Dye Ink" sold by our company between March and October 2019 have experienced a manufacturing issue in which the color changed to a light yellowish color and faded in a short period of time.
If you have experienced this issue, we would like to ask you to contact us and send the affected ink by cash on delivery to the address below. We are currently re-producing the ink after reviewing the manufacturing process, and will send replacement products in sequence around the end of October 2019.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience or trouble caused to our customers.
*Please note that this is a discoloration of the pigment and will not affect your writing instruments. However, to be on the safe side, we ask that you stop using the ink and thoroughly clean your writing instruments.*
