We assisted Ginza Tsutaya Bookstore in creating a new series of their original ink, Edo-iro Ink. We created the ink based on the concept and package design devised by Ginza Tsutaya Bookstore .

Based on the concept of "The World of the Rinpa School," the colors are the iris colors of Ogata Korin's "Irises Screen" and the waves of Sakai Hoitsu's "Waves Screen."

Ginza Tsutaya Bookstore Original Edo Color Ink Series No. 5 "Rinpa Colors"

This time, in collaboration with Tag Stationery, a Kyoto stationery and miscellaneous goods manufacturer, we have developed three new colors based on the concept of the "World of Rinpa," which boasts a particularly gorgeous beauty even during the "Edo period," when gorgeous culture flourished. The new colors, which were created with the image of the iris color in Ogata Korin's "Irises Screen" and the color of the waves in Sakai Hoitsu's "Waves Screen," are a lineup of three colors in total. The new products feature inks with beautiful, sparkling glitter to express the luxurious gold that is a characteristic of the "Rinpa" school, while still maintaining the calm colors unique to Japanese paintings.
