"OEDA LETTERPRESS" is a brand based in Moriguchi, Osaka Prefecture, that focuses on letterpress printing. It was founded in 2013 when graphic designer Morikuni and printer Takakura revived a letterpress printing machine that had been dormant for 20 years.

Their products are mainly made using a large, old printing press called ``Platen Press'' made by the German company Heidelberg, and their small, delicate designs, which are hard to imagine from such a heavy machine, are packed with the delicacy unique to letterpress printing.
Letterpress printing has a history of over 500 years and was the mainstream printing method for a long time. This method, in which ink is applied to a raised plate and then transferred to thick paper by applying pressure, gradually disappeared after the 1980s when digital printing came on the scene.
In recent years, the unique texture and uneven finish of the letters, such as the bleeding and fluctuation of the letters, have been reevaluated. The expressions that are born from this are warm and deep, and sometimes bring about something new, conveying a new charm to many people.
