[Workshop Announcement] hue 6colors writing lab & Akiko Takahashi (Modern Calligraphy)
We will be holding the hue 6colors writing lab in Osaka. We were approached by Akiko Takahashi, a wonderful handwriting artist living in the Kansai region.
In the first half of the event you will make your own original ink, and in the second half you will receive a simple calligraphy lesson from Takahashi and create a mini canvas.What you can take home:
1. The ink you made
2. Fountain pen (with converter)
3. Thinner (You can adjust the ink concentration by mixing)
4. Color Chart

This is a fun workshop where you can express your current self by incorporating your feelings and mood at the time into colors.
The hue 6colors experience is a method of mixing six primary colors devised by Mr. Takahashi, the representative of the Kyoto Plant Dyeing Research Institute, that allows even those without knowledge of color mixing to easily express color. Why not enjoy mixed ink without any difficult things, under a live lecture by tag stationery? In the end, you can create a simple and beautiful work of art using the one and only ink you have created in the world.

Takahashi's regular lessons will start at the venue, OCTAVE, on the day of the event. If you want to start modern calligraphy, we highly recommend this.
