Kobe-ha Keikaku's original paper, GRAPHILO, is named by combining the Greek words "graph" (to write) and "philo" (to love). This paper was produced from the desire to create a paper product that is particular about the writing experience of fountain pens. Generally, paper is chosen from pre-made brands. Developing an original paper that is specialized for writing and is particular about the writing experience of fountain pens was a huge challenge, but in search of the ideal paper, development proceeded with the cooperation of paper manufacturers and fountain pen enthusiasts. The composition and manufacturing method were changed little by little while maintaining the same tendency as the paper selected from dozens of types, and writing tests were repeated on the completed dozens of types of paper, and fine adjustments were made up until the day of production.
