Cancellations and Returns

Cancelling your order

If the product has not yet been shipped, please contact us by phone or email to cancel. If the product has already been shipped, please note that cancellation may not be possible depending on the date and time of your notification. In that case, please refuse to accept the item. After that, we will refund the amount minus the shipping and handling fees.

*As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled if there is not enough stock.

Exchange of defective products

We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or dirty when it arrives, or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered, or if you received extra products, please contact us by phone, email, or fax within one week (7 days). We will contact you and tell you the return address and the return or exchange method.

In case of damage or other accidents when the product arrives

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or has an accident during delivery, please contact our store immediately. Please note that the delivery company's staff may contact you directly regarding damaged items. In that case, we will need to check the damage situation, so please be sure to keep the damaged item on hand until it has been dealt with. (Please note that if the item is damaged upon arrival and you do not have it on hand, we may not be able to guarantee an exchange.)

Returns due to customer's convenience

Generally, we do not accept returns due to customer reasons such as the size not fitting, the product being different from what you expected, etc. Please consider carefully before placing an order. If you have special circumstances, please contact us by phone or email. In the case of returns due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and all fees.
